During the month of March 2010, there were 181 closed residential sales (up from 129 sales in February), 306 new listings and 319 pending sales. The average sales price was $248,147 (up from $240,510 in February); the median sales price was $210,000 (up from $180,000 in February); the average number of days on market was 35 (down from 44 in February).
